Where do we start? JYRO’s rebrand is a project very close to our hearts. Originally Icarus Canopies by NZ Aerosports, the parachute manufacturing company rebranded to JYRO in honour of their late founder and industry legend, Jyro Martyn. Now led by Jyro’s daughter, Luci, JYRO marks the start of a new chapter for the company – their next jump.
We were approached to redesign their website, as well as various collateral for their brand launch. Wherever possible, we made the most of the new ambigram logo, which reads the same upside-down as it does the right way up – pretty handy for when their canopies and sponsored athletes are spiralling through the air, at all angles.
